Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments on website are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is protected. We also accept Pay on Arrival, no cost upront (Available only for Shared Group Tour)
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the product and booking channel. The applicable policy is clearly stated on each product page and in your booking confirmation.
Do you offer group tours and private tours?
Yes. YKExplore offers sharing (group) tours with fixed itineraries and private tours that can be customized based on your preferences and schedule.
Can solo travelers join your tours?
Absolutely. Solo travelers are welcome on both sharing and private tours. For sharing tours, the price remains the same regardless of group size.
What happens after I make a booking?
After booking confirmation, you will receive an official confirmation email with attachment of your ticket as booking confirmation and Invoice.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is included for multi-day tours, provided by Zurich Insurance, covering the duration of the program.
For day tours, travel insurance is not included. We recommend arranging personal travel insurance for additional coverage.
